These Terms apply to your use of the Azureridgesanctuary website and to any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and above. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare this to be true. We may ask for photographic ID upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a booking. The full balance is charged on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur the first night; no-shows are billed for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. Guest conduct

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or fellow guests, damages property, disregards our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and above. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and spending limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe setting. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Azureridgesanctuary or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property statutes.

9. External links

This website may link to third-party sites. We bear no responsibility for the content or practices of those external websites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of International. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
